Return ticket policy

BOAT will operate a return ticket service. The following is a guideline only: 

For Patrons looking for tickets:

Any returned tickets will only be sold on performance evenings between 5:00-6:30pm on Poole Quay, during the period that the boats transport the audience over to the Island. It is recommended that anyone looking for tickets should turn up at the blue/white kiosk on Poole Quay (near the central Quay roundabout) as soon as possible after 5:00pm as return tickets will only be sold on a first-come first-served basis. Payment for these tickets (unless prior arrangement agreed) will be by cash only. 

For Patrons who have unwanted tickets:

Please return your tickets in person on Poole Quay between 5:00-6:15pm on performance nights (see above). Refunds will either be given in cash on the night or by cheque via post.

Patrons having spare tickets in advance of a performance date can ring the BOAT 24 hour answer service 01202 251987 on any day and leave a message, but note that any message left after 4:00pm on performance days will not be picked up until the following morning.

Any patron who needs information about returns on the day of a particular performance can call the BOAT mobile service on 07952 546302 or 07952 563836 between 10:00am – 6:15pm on that day for the necessary information. This information may be live or recorded.
