Picnic Hampers on Brownsea
New for 2010 - National Trust Picnic Hampers.
The National Trust on Brownsea Island are pleased to be able to offer pre-booked picnic hampers for Brownsea Open Air Theatre patrons. The picnics will be using the best of local produce and ingredients and are presented in an attractive hand made locally sourced hamper. £20 per person paid for by cheque two weeks prior to play.
SALADS
Rainbow Coleslaw, New Potatoes with Chives, Minted Tomatoes.
COLD MEAT
Honey Chicken Drummers, Soused Mackerel with Mustard Dressing.
Roast Gammon, Roast Beef.
TARTLETS
Crab and Watercress, Red Onion and Blue Cheese, Slow roasted Tomatoes and Cheddar.
POTTED SELECTION WITH BREAD
Cheese, Ham, Prawn.
QUICHE OF THE DAY
Ham and Pineapple, Mixed Sweet Pepper, Tuna and Sweetcorn, Salmon and Broccoli.
MINI SAVOURY SELECTION (as one category)
Scotch Eggs, Pork Pies, Cocktail Sausages (all included) with a
Dip of Tomato Ketchup, Mayonaisse, or Sweet Chilli Sauce.

Strawberries and Cream, Summer Fruit Pimms Jelly, Fruit Salad.
